Book every App Store and Paddle payout in one balanced journal.
Apple pays you one lump sum for dozens of currencies, after commission, refunds, withholding tax and FX. PayoutBooks turns the payout reports into one Xero or QuickBooks journal per payout that ties to your bank deposit to the cent.

Account codes, grouping (by region or one line) and gross-versus-net presentation are yours to choose. Every figure traces back to a line in Apple's report.
What it handles
Every region and currency
Apple's per-region reports converted at the rate Apple actually paid, so the journal equals the deposit.
Commission and refunds
Gross sales, refunds and Apple's commission on separate lines, so revenue and fees are reported correctly.
Withholding tax and adjustments
Tax Apple withholds and any adjustments get their own accounts instead of disappearing into a net figure.

FAQ
Do you need access to my Xero or QuickBooks?
No. You send the payout reports; you receive import files. Nothing connects to your ledger.
What happens to my files?
They are used only to produce your journals and are deleted within 30 days of delivery. See the privacy notice.
Is this accounting advice?
No. PayoutBooks produces journal files from your platform reports. You or your accountant decide the accounts and review the entries.
Why one journal per payout?
Because your bank shows one deposit. One balanced entry per payout means the bank line matches exactly, and the detail (sales, refunds, fees, tax, FX) sits underneath it.
Can I use my own account codes?
Yes. Tell us your codes once; every journal uses them.
