Who we are
PayoutBooks is run by V Systems, Vendla, 1397 Nesøya, Norway (contact: jonathan.v.systems@gmail.com). We are the controller for the personal data described here.
What we process and why
- Your e-mail and name, to reply and deliver your files (to perform the service you ask for).
- The payout reports you send (App Store financial reports, payment summaries, Paddle payout reports). They contain sales figures by product and country, not your customers' identities. We use them only to produce your journal files.
- Payment details are handled by Polar, our merchant of record; we never see your card.
- Basic, cookie-free page statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits.
How long we keep it
Report files and generated journals are deleted within 30 days of delivery. E-mail correspondence is kept as long as you are a customer and for the period bookkeeping law requires for invoices.
Where it is processed
In Norway (EEA) on our own systems, with e-mail through Google and payments through Polar. We do not sell data or use it to train models.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and you may complain to Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority). Write to the address above.
